Studio 102 in its original form used to be a multi-discipline creative facility, with services ranging from a renowned sewing studio, a woodwork workshop, an electronic workshop, a local sewing machine service & repair center, house repairs & rennovations and it even produced compact long-run inverters (since 2008).   It started out as a dedicated sewing studio but soon morphed into a veritable hub of general can-do.  Folks even visited just for a chat just to see what we were up to. For a while, the studio also published a free no-ads weekly magazine called The Local Scandle, in full colour, which, although only intended for local consumption to promote the studio, enjoyed international readership and following.   Like I said: it was a multi-discipline creative facility. This was all due to the unique collaboration and dynamic that I shared with the love of my life.   For 14 years, starting in 2006, we worked as a two-person support team, assisting each other wherever needed to do things that were beyond our individual capability, establishing an unshakable can-do approach to virtually every challenge that came our way. Sadly, in December 2020, my life partner  was diagnosed with terminal cancer and left this world 6 months later in 2021, leaving a huge hole in the hearts of everyone who knew her - from the beachfront mansions to the township shacks.   A very bright light went out. There was no back-up for that.  To be sure, her passing was not in my script.  It took a full year to grasp that it was a time that will never be again.   So, STUDIO 102, as it used to be, doesn't actually exist anymore.  It's now a private, personal creative space for myself, the dog and two cats. My natural world, as a writer and musician, has always been in the domain of imagination -  the theatre of mind. Although STUDIO 102 will always be the legacy connection to this site, it is my domain of Absolute Theatre Of  Mind (A.T.O.M)  that you step into when enter the suite. Just know that the reality you are about to enter does not exist - until you get it in your head.  You'll find no images or videos in the creative content. Just words and music. However, don't just expect to find stories and songs here.  In fact, don't expect anything.   Just keep an open mind. If you're okay with that, then you may proceed here. I hope you get lost....
